All refunds are made at Yumna’s Boutique own discretion. At Yumna’s Boutique we take special care in providing and packaging only high quality items. However, you can return something if it was sent damaged or incorrect in which case we will offer you a refund for the cost of the item.
Please email us the reason for requesting a refund and we will email you back as soon as possible. The item must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for orders within the UK and 14 days for International orders. You will not be refunded for items received by us outside this time scale. As you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, we strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service. We can’t be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us in which case we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
We do not provide refunds for earrings, hijab, hijab cap and hijab pins due to hygiene regulations unless they are damaged or unfit for purpose. Once you have received your item, please email us the reason for requesting a refund. We will then email you to return your item to us undamaged and in its original packaging. You shall be refunded for the cost of the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We can’t be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit to us in which case we reserve the right to refuse a refund and it will be your responsibility to seek compensation from the carrier. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service. If we receive the item which was damaged whilst in your care or which have been returned to us with stains, water stains, any kind of marks, or which emit body odors or perfume scents, it will not be refunded.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, EU customers can cancel an order at any time until the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. The notice of cancellation must be in writing which can be emailed to us with your order details and number. If you cancel the contract once the goods have been dispatched, please request a return form from us and send it with your item undamaged and in its original packing back to us. However, all orders for earrings cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched by us due to hygiene regulations. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We can’t be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit to us in which case we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If goods are not returned, we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of their direct return to us.
We will post all items within 3 Working Days. Goods will be posted using Royal Mail First class, if the parcel weighs more than 2kg goods will automatically delivered using Royal Mail Second Class.
